After making his debut in minimoto, he entered the 140cc MiniGP Spanish Championship, finishing fifth and then sixth. In 2013, he switched to the 65cc Spanish Minimotard championship.
He finished fourth, before moving on to the 85cc Supermotard and taking the title in 2015. Di Sora made a name for himself in 2017 by winning the Spanish Supersport 300 championship, before finishing 12th in 2018 and contesting the first two races of the 2019 season.
At the same time, he made his debut in the World Supersport 300 Championship with the French team Flembbo Leader on a Kawasaki Ninja 400, but failed to qualify in Jerez.

In 2020, still with Flembbo Leader, he scored his first podium in Catalunya and finished the season in ninth place. In 2021, he took his first win at Portimao, becoming the first Frenchman to triumph in the category.
This performance, combined with four other podiums, enabled him to finish the season in fourth place. In 2022, he continued to rack up podiums, including a win at Estoril, to finish fifth overall. In 2023, in the colours of the ProDina Kawasaki Racing team, he finished 11th with two Top 3 finishes.
