From the origins of a calling
Scott Ogden has been immersed in the world of motorcycling since childhood, driven by a strong family legacy: his father made a name for himself on the Isle of Man with two podium finishes at the Manx Grand Prix. Born on October 16, 2003 in Doncaster, Ogden began racing very early, moving up to a PW50 at the age of 4 before competing in motocross on a KTM SX50.
In 2015, he turned to speed with a Metrakit GP 50, fueling his ambition to become a world champion MotoGP. His progress is swift: GP 70 champion in 2016, he followed it up in 2017 in Superteens and in the Kawasaki Team Green Junior Cup, where he racked up 30 podiums, including 11 wins.
From national breakthrough to global ambitions
Despite an injury, his
performances allowed him to join the British Talent Cup in 2018, which he
finished ninth before winning the title in 2019 with 10 podiums in 12
races. In the same year, he became the British Moto3 champion and made his debut in JuniorGP.
Between 2020 and 2021, he progressed steadily, scoring his first JuniorGP win at Jerez. In 2022, Ogden reached the Moto3 world championship—a difficult but formative step. After contrasting seasons in 2023 and 2024, he took a step up in 2025 with the CIP team: his first pole position and two seventh-place finishes, and he now aims to break into the world top five.
